Independent Outside Sales Representatives
AXO America is seeking Nationwide experienced Independent Outside Sales Representatives that will be responsible for meeting category objectives and overall sales revenue targets for there territory.
Qualifications:
** A minimum of 5 years sales experience required
** Established and good relationship with motorcycle dealer network
Expectations:
- Execute on all category & overall sales revenue targets for the territory
Increase penetration of AXO sport branded products throughout dealer network - Utilize team selling approach with the corporate-based sales groups (Inside Sales, Dealer Sales Support)
- Manage all on-going sales activities pertaining to the dealer network; including, but not limited to, the establishment of new dealer accounts, order processing, implementation of business plans, territory reporting and travel schedules
- Assist with merchandising, processes and programs within the dealer network

Inside Sales Representative
AXO America is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative with moto footwear & soft goods experience.
This is your chance to join a winning team in the moto industry and build a solid career.
This position is hourly, plus commission. Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Standards of this position:
* Must be a team player, reliable, friendly, courteous, understanding and hardworking
* Must be focused and dedicated to customer service and pushing the company forward
Qualifications:
• Experience working with retail accounts
• 2 years experience in Sales within the Action Sports or Moro industry
• Ability to sell
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to clearly communicate through conversation and writing
