A professional able to combine technical skills, aesthetic sensitivity, and concrete product knowledge, with a keen eye for the needs of those who experience motorcycling not just as a means of transport, but as an experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Guiding the new product development process, from concept to final realization, with strong attention to detail and follow-up;
  • Defining technical specifications and supporting the design and prototyping phases;
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards;
  • Coordinating suppliers throughout all development phases, meeting defined design, quality, price, and timing targets;
  • Analyzing the market through benchmarking, product testing, and comparative evaluations;
  • Continuously monitoring trends, materials, technologies, and production processes;
  • Sourcing national and international suppliers and materials consistent with the product and brand positioning;
  • Creating and managing supporting technical documentation, such as tech packs and product development materials;
  • Handling every detail with a practical, concrete, and results-oriented approach.

Who we're looking for:

A professional with:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the clothing, fashion, or accessories industry;
  • Experience in technical motorcycle, cycling, outdoor, or performance wear preferred;
  • A genuine passion for motorcycling and direct use of technical products will be considered a plus, ensuring greater sensitivity to end-user needs;
  • Authentic interest in the motorcycle world, its dynamics, its products, and the real needs of on-road use;
  • Good knowledge and use of graphic design software such as Illustrator and Photoshop;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • A collaborative mindset, flexibility, proactivity, and dynamism;
  • Creative spirit, attention to detail, and good aesthetic sense;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to dynamic contexts.

What we offer:

  • Full-time contract, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM / 1:30 PM–5:30 PM;
  • Job level and salary commensurate with experience;
