FREE RETURN

Returns are free for purchases on the AXO website.
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to notify us of your intention to return it.
Keep the packaging, it will be necessary in order to make the return. Do not wash or damage the product.

PROCEDURE

1. Open a return request in our contact form.TO THE CONTACT FORM
2. Enter the order number and the name of the product you want to return.
3. Enter the address and preferred day where we will have to make the collection, telephone number of who will take care of the delivery to the courier, will be called by the courier to agree on the time.
4. Our customer service will respond by providing you with a label to print and apply outside the package. >If the package does not have the label we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
5. As soon as the package arrives at our office, a refund will be issued.

In case you want to change size, follow the return procedure and reorder the most suitable size.
